The Multiplier Event provided an opportunity to engage with our primary target groups and describe our project's underlying objectives. Specifically, we could illustrate how the implementation of digital technology can aid in enhancing the provision of medical and social
care. By bringing together the target groups, we could foster a more comprehensive
understanding of the project's objectives and potential impact.

The multiplier event kicked off with a morning coffee, which served as an excellent opportunity to foster meaningful interactions among the participants in a warm and welcoming environment.

To provide a comprehensive overview of the U-Digitalize project, we shared a detailed PowerPoint presentation (please see attachment) that highlighted the key objectives and outcomes of the project. The presentation was designed to be engaging and informative, ensuring that all attendees left with a clear understanding of the project's mission and achievements. After the presentation, we accessed the project's online platform to provide a more detailed explanation of the R2 modules. Additionally, participants were given the opportunity to test the modules and provide direct feedback.

During our interactions with the 25 participants, we received valuable insights about their perception of the project idea. They expressed their opinion that the project is not only relevant but also useful in addressing the current needs in the social/care sector. Interestingly, the participants revealed that they were initially hesitant towards embracing digital transformation. However, their perspective changed significantly as they attended the event and gained a better understanding of the positive impact that digitization can have, both in healthcare units and in their daily lives.
